We require orders to be pre-paid by check, money order or credit card for all new customers. After credit is established, an open account can be set up at Net 30 days for you.

What is your return policy?

Scharff Brushes will guarantee the quality of all our brushes against any manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for substandard performance of any brush caused by abusive treatment or improper cleaning and storage.

Do you offer a pay for publication progam?

Scharff Brushes will pay $50.00 to any teacher or artist that promotes our brushes incorporated within a magazine article or book endorsement. However, we will not pay for pattern or similar packets. Mail in your proof of each article in any bona-fide trade publication or book endorsement and we will send you our payment.

Do you have wholesale prices?

We do have wholesale prices to bona-fide teachers and shop owners. Please call our toll-free number 1-888-724-2733 for details.

Do you offer custom packaging?

We will be most happy to custom package any assortment of brushes that you desire. If you have a set of brushes that you would like for your classes or to sell in your shop, tell us which brushes you want and we will package them especially for you. Our kits have an insert with our company header on it. They come in several different sizes to accommodate as many brushes you would like to include. There is no charge and there are no minimums required for this service.

What are your shipping costs?

We ship our packages via UPS or the U.S. Post Office where appropriate. We ship to anywhere in the world. The actual cost of shipping is based on the weight of the package. We can give you exact shipping charges once we receive your order.

When will my order be shipped?
